Settle into gentle restorative poses, soothing aromatherapy, and a calming meditation centered on this energy point. You'll leave with a card featuring affirmations and insights on the Throat Chakra's unique qualities. No previous yoga experience needed. Just bring yourself and a desire to relax and recharge.
This class is part of our 7-week Restorative Yoga series, designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit during the busiest season of the year, with each week exploring a different chakra. You're welcome to join for just this session or sign up for the full journey and save.
