2026 HAC Turkey Day 5k

Bring your friends and family and join in on the fun before your holiday festivities begin! Pets are welcome! This is a non-competitive 5k (no overall or age group awards) and participants can walk, jog, or run.

Save money and get registered during early registration which ends on November 8th. Early registration ages 6+ includes a t-shirt! We may have extra t-shirts available for purchase at the event but not guaranteed.

Race day packets can be picked Wednesday, November 25th at the Hermiston Athletic Club 10am-3pm or the day of the race during check-in. It is recommended to arrive early to be checked-in before the event starts.

Maple Moose Coffee Co. will be serving free hot chocolate to participants and will also have coffee available for purchase!

We will be donating proceeds to Fuzz Ball Animal Rescue. Here is a little about who they are and their mission:

"Fuzz Ball Animal Rescue is a small rescue in the Hermiston area of Oregon. Our focus is primarily sick, injured, and stray animals from our community and surrounding areas.

We are a 501(c)(3) rescue and we house our animals through a foster based program. We have some really amazing people helping us by fostering the animals we save and ensuring they get the love and care they deserve! We are extremely grateful for them, and we are always in need of more fosters so we can save more animals in need.
