Beginner Knitting: Stitch, Create & Connect
Curious about knitting but don’t know where to begin? Or maybe you’ve picked up needles before and just need a little refresher? Come join Diane Hoyt for a fun, relaxed introduction to the fundamentals of knitting!
We’ll start with the basics and work at a comfortable pace, creating a simple knitted square while learning essential stitches and techniques. Whether you’re holding knitting needles for the very first time or brushing up on skills you haven’t used in years, you’re welcome here.
But this class is about more than learning to knit. There’s something special about sitting together, working with our hands, sharing conversation, helping one another, and creating something with our own two hands.
Come for the knitting, stay for the connection—and discover the simple joy of making something together in community.
Come experience a monthly opportunity to shake off the week in a class exploring rhythm as something we feel, embody, and express through movement. We’ll listen deeply to the music
