In this engaging two-hour educational masterclass, Dr. Courtni Hale explores the history, cultural traditions, emerging science, and practical considerations surrounding plant medicine and psychedelic experiences. Topics include neuroplasticity, microdosing, ceremonial traditions, the role of set and setting, the importance of integration, and what current research suggests about how non-ordinary states of consciousness may influence the brain, body, and psyche.

The program concludes with an immersive sound experience demonstrating how rhythm, music, and intentional sensory environments can influence awareness and support regulation—illustrating many of the same principles without the use of substances.
