Support Without Silence: Building Community. Breaking Stigma. Removing Barriers.
Join the Lake County Health Department & Community Health Center for an evening of community, connection, and remembrance. Together, we’ll honor lives lost to AIDS, support people living with HIV, and explore how we can break stigma and remove barriers to care.
Enjoy community resource tables, food, networking, live performances, and a raffle. Our panel discussion, “What Silence Is Costing Us,” will bring community partners together to discuss barriers to services, the power of advocacy, and how we can support one another. The evening will also include a candle-lighting remembrance ceremony.
Everyone is welcome! Come connect, learn, and help build a community where everyone is supported and seen.
