Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that invites you to slow down, soften, and truly let go. Using props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and sandbags, each pose fully supports your body so you can release layers of tension—without effort, stretching, or strain.
This gentle, meditative class activates the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging your body to shift out of stress and into rest and healing. Long-held, supported poses provide a sanctuary for mind and spirit—drawing your awareness inward and creating space to reconnect with your deeper self.
Often described as “the art of conscious relaxation,” Restorative Yoga teaches patience and presence. With each supported posture, you’ll cultivate stillness, discover where tension is hiding, and invite comfort and ease into every breath.
The session concludes with a Sound Bath, where soothing tones and vibration softly wash over your practice, leaving you profoundly calm, centered, and renewed—body, mind, and heart.
