Flight Night
About This Event
Intro to Boxing + Meditation
Nothing to fight. Nothing to prove. Just room to move.
Flight Night combines beginner-friendly boxing movements, light cardio, breath and intentional movement before bringing everything back down into stillness.
We'll explore foundational boxing movements including stance, footwork, punches and combinations. Moving through these patterns can build strength, elevate the heart rate and give your mind something physical to focus on while you move stress and tension through the body.
And yes, you'll be punching.
Just not each other.
There are no gloves, no sparring and no contact. Your punches meet nothing but the air.
We'll finish on our mats with guided meditation, breath and stillness, giving you time to settle after the movement and notice what feels different in your body.
No boxing experience required.
Move with intention. Find your rhythm. Let the rest fall away.
$25 per class
