On Saturday, November 14, join Hector Rosero, CEO of Pilla Investments, for a guided bus tour of real residential development projects in Bergen County. At the properties, Hector will explain how the team evaluates a site, shapes the design, coordinates construction, and makes decisions as the work moves forward. You’ll see the projects in person and have room to ask questions.

What to expect:

• A guided ride and on-site stops at Pilla projects

• The reasoning behind design and construction choices

• A firsthand view of the work beyond listing photos

You don’t need real-estate or construction experience. Come curious and ready to walk the properties.
