What to expect: Each session blends thoughtful and progressive stretches with myofascial massage techniques using foam roller or Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, transforming the practice into the ultimate sensory experience. The targeted pressure of the balls melts away tension layer by layer, releasing areas that traditional stretching alone can’t reach. This combination of yin and massage deeply nourishes fascia, improves circulation, and soothes the nervous system, improving your sleep, digestion, and recovery. Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the event to check in and enjoy some tea - allow extra time for evening traffic. We lock the doors once the experience begins. No refunds for missed reservations.
