Celadon House Open House

Come see Celadon House, Artist Space Trust’s permanently affordable homeownership opportunity for qualifying artists in San Francisco’s Mission District.

This in-person open house is an opportunity to tour the 3-bedroom / 1-bath upstairs duplex unit, learn more about the property, and ask questions about whether it may be a good fit for your household.

Attending at least one Celadon House open house is required for anyone who wishes to apply.

Celadon House is located in San Francisco’s Mission District. The exact property address and arrival instructions will be provided to registered attendees before the event.

Who may be eligible?

Applicants must meet several requirements, including:

• Identify as an artist with an active practice
• Have household income at or below 80% of San Francisco County Area Median Income (AMI)
• Have a household of 2–7 people
• Complete required homebuyer education
• Qualify for a mortgage with AST’s approved partner lender
