Glow SoundBath is an immersive meditative experience, the healthiest way to wash away your mental chatter without any effort or substance. Our facilitator, Natalie, graduated from a 7-year classical piano pre-conservatory program and is certified in mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork with 14 years of experience, RYT 500. She weaves her own compositions into a hypnotizing musical flow, leading you through a sound journey with instruments following one another, and transporting you into a blissful parasympathetic state.
