System and family constellation is a powerful method for healing your ancestral and family field. It makes visible the patterns and blockages that have followed us from the past. When a traumatic story is brought to conscious awareness, it stops programming our behavior and becomes valuable experience and knowledge.
This seminar gives you a chance to work on your own personal issues and to serve as a helper in other people's constellations. Taking part in someone else's constellation offers deep insight into the structure of family relationships, and it opens the heart and widens our vision.
The method can help with relationship problems, career issues, financial difficulties, bodily pain and illness, depression, and habitual emotional and behavioral patterns. Sometimes these arise not from our personal history but from ancestral memories, traumas that happened generations before us. Healing them helps us feel safety at our back so we can move forward.
