25th Annual Innovator Awards Luncheon

For 25 years, the Innovator Awards have celebrated the people, ideas, courage, and creativity shaping North Central Washington.

On November 3, 2026, NCW Tech Alliance will bring the community together for the 25th Annual Innovator Awards Luncheon at the Wenatchee Convention Center, a milestone celebration of where our region has been, what we are capable of, and the innovators who are still writing its next chapter.

Innovation in North Central Washington has never belonged to one industry, one community, or one definition. It takes shape in classrooms, businesses, technology, agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing, and communities across the region. It begins when someone sees a challenge, imagines a better way, and chooses to act.

Since 2001, the Innovator Awards have recognized more than 100 leaders in entrepreneurship, technology, and STEM education. This year, we will not only celebrate the outstanding innovators of today, but also reflect on a quarter century of ideas, leadership, and impact across North Central Washington.

Join more than 300 community leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, innovators, and supporters as we celebrate the people who have shaped our region and look ahead to those who will influence what comes next.
