Account Registration

Platform Abuse

• Manipulate voting through bots, scripts, or multiple accounts

• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content without permission
• Overload or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any security features

Prohibited Content

• Post hateful, threatening, or discriminatory content

• Promote violence or illegal activities
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information

Content License

When you submit content to VibeIndex (events, comments, reviews, images), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Service and our business operations.

This license continues even if you stop using our Service, though you may delete your content at any time.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the license above, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without notice.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, and moderate user content. We may remove or refuse to display content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Event Aggregation

VibeIndex aggregates event information from multiple sources, including third-party websites, event organizers, and user submissions. Event information is provided for informational purposes only.

Accuracy Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any event information. Event details (dates, times, locations, prices) may change without notice. Always verify event information with the official event organizer before making plans or purchasing tickets.

No Endorsement

Listing an event on VibeIndex does not constitute our endorsement or recommendation. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of events listed on our platform.

Event Removal

We reserve the right to remove any event listing at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes events that violate our policies, are reported by users, or are deemed inappropriate.

VibeIndex Property

The VibeIndex name, logo, branding, design, functionality, and all related intellectual property are owned by VibeIndex or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Content

Event information, images, and descriptions may be owned by third parties (event organizers, venues, artists). We do not claim ownership of third-party content, and such content remains the property of its respective owners.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on VibeIndex infringes your copyright, please contact us at contact@vibeindex.com.br with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Location of the infringing material on our Service
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@vibeindex.com.br to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Brazilian law. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in the jurisdiction where VibeIndex is located. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring claims as a class action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through account settings or contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for:

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account and content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (indemnification, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VibeIndex regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver will be effective unless in writing.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Notices to you may be made via email, regular mail, or posting on the Service. Notices to us should be sent to contact@vibeindex.com.br.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, or government actions.
