Beyond the Game: Youth Engagement & Activity Leadership Training is an interactive, hands-on professional development experience designed for youth workers who want practical tools they can immediately bring back to their programs.
This is not a training where participants spend the entire day sitting and listening.
Participants will move, play, lead, problem-solve, and experience activities from the perspective of both the young person and the activity leader.
